Mameko Maeda
Mameko started her career as an illustrator/artist in 2020. Influenced by modern dance and jazz dance that she learned from an early age, she became interested in expressions using the body, and creates works in a style that focuses on the tension and wrinkles created by the expansion and contraction of the body. Her humorous depictions of open characters have led to a surge in offers from overseas. She is now expanding her activities to the world, including an upcoming art fair exhibition in South Korea.
